Further & Higher Education

Further Afield

We offer a range of talks specifically tailored to A-Level, College and University Level courses, in addition any of our Secondary level talks can be adapted to fit A-Level and Level 1,2 & 3 FE courses. Of particular interest may be Marketing & Business Studies, Conservation and Habitats & Adaptations.

We also offer talks suitable for those studying Animal Management and a number of bespoke talks for University groups.

Educational Talks

All of our talks are around 30 minutes with the majority of them taking place out and around the park with most involving walking around to see a number of different animals.

During peak times talks cost £20 per talk (with a maximum of 20 students/pupils per talk), during off peak times the first talk is FREE for each group.

Please note that our talks get booked up a long way in advance so we strongly suggest booking early to avoid disappointment.

Please see below the educational talks we would recommend for further and higher education students. The talks below are examples of what we can offer, please get in touch if you would like to discuss a bespoke talk.

Admission

We have a minimum supervision ratio of one adult to 10 pupils/students for all groups aged 16 and under as they MUST remain with an adult at all times. This is to ensure that both your group and other visitors to the park get the most from their day.

If you have pupils, or staff, with season tickets they can use these to get into the Park free with your group. The pupils using season tickets for admission will count towards your adult/pupil free place ratio. Pre-school children under 3 are admitted free of charge but they will not count towards your free adult ratio.
