Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Registered blind are admitted free of charge; all accompanying visitors pay normal admission prices.
When you have purchased your online E-ticket, you will receive an email containing your E-tickets, which are valid for 1 day only, all tickets are subject to normal entry condition. Please either print out your E-Ticket email confirmation showing the 6 digit reference number, to show on arrival, or if you are unable to print out the E-Ticket, please quote the 6 digit reference number to the Paydesk on arrival.

Please note: During the Summer holidays we are likely to sell out, therefore we can not guarantee entry unless you buy E-Tickets online before your visit (subject to availability).

Season Ticket Gift Vouchers are sent by post in a presentation wallet. Once you have received the Gift Voucher, please bring them to the Gift Shop at the Park to be exchanged for an Annual Season Ticket. Annual Season Tickets are valid for one calendar year from the point of activation.
Please note: During the last three weeks of January and the first two weeks of February, Cotswold Wildlife Park will open for weekends only. This is to allow for essential maintenance to be carried out. Please check the website for opening times here.

We accept all major credit cards online and at the Pay Kiosk, Restaurant and Shops.
If you have visited us in the last seven days?
If you have visited the Park within in the last seven days and would now like to purchase a season ticket, we can refund the cost of your day visit to the Park from the cost of your season ticket (provided you still have your receipt).
Please download the application form and send it to the Park with the receipt from your visit attached (please note, without this receipt we are unable to refund the cost of your day visit).
Your season ticket will be valid for one year from the date of your refunded day visit to the Park and will be available for you to collect from the Retail Shop on your next visit to the Park (we are unable to post out season tickets as they must be signed for on collection).
