Opening Times
The Park is open everyday throughout the year (except 25th December) from 10am.
Last admissions between March and September are at 16.30;
October and February 15.30 pm.
During BST (British Summer Time) all visitors and cars etc to leave Park by 6pm. (5pm from October - February)
Please note our new Madagascar exhibit will close at 3pm, this is to ensure the inhabitants of this enclosure have plenty of time to settle for the evening.

Children under the age of three are admitted to the Park free of charge.

Registered blind are admitted to the Park free of charge, all accompanying visitors pay normal admission prices.
Children Must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

All prices including VAT at 17.5 per cent.
If you have visited the park within in the last seven days and would now like to purchase a season ticket, we can refund the cost of your day visit to the Park from the cost of your season ticket (providing you still have your receipt).
Please download the application form from here and send it to the Park with the receipt from your visit attached (please note without this receipt we are unable to refund the cost of your day visit).
Your season ticket will be valid for one year from the date of your refunded day visit to the Park and will be available for you to collect from the Pay Kiosk on your next visit to the Park (we are unable to post out season tickets as they must be signed for on collection).
Groups
Organisations like Brownies and Cubs, or large parties, may be interested in our Group Rates. Groups must consist of 20 or more paying persons and should be booked in advance whenever possible. To book please call 01993 823006.
Companies may be interested in our corporate events, and Groups of Horticulturists in our Gardeners Group Visits.

If you are a group of more than twenty people see the group prices and booking form above or call 01993 823006 to book your visit.
Please see the education section for special rates for schools and young groups, groups must be booked in advance to obtain these rates.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards at the pay desk, restaurant, shops and office.
Cheques are also accepted around the Park if supported by cheque guarantee card.
