Christmas 2009 at the Park

Join Cotswold Wildlife Park in celebrating Christmas with a host of festive fun for both visitors and animals and a special Christmas Competition

Free entrance to visit the Gift shop 14th, 15th, 21st and 22nd of December 1pm-4pm

We are pleased to announce that we will be offering free entry to the Park for you to visit the Gift Shop between the hours of 1pm &4pm on the following dates:  Monday 14th, Tuesday 15th, Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd  December. Instead of an entrance fee, we will be collecting donations for Sobell House Hospice Charity.

The gift shop will stay open until 5pm on these dates giving you plenty of time to find something truly unusual to put under your tree this Christmas, including animal adoptions, a huge range of cuddly animal toys and beautiful ornaments. In addition to any donations, £1 in every £10 spent in the gift shop will be passed directly to Sobell House Hospice Charity.

Santa's Grotto:

Visit Santa in his special Grotto in our Gift shop every weekend in December and daily from 19th - 24th of December inclusive, from 11.00am to 3.00pm

Festive feeds and Christmas treats for the Animals

Meerkats with their Xmas tree decorated with tasty treatsFeeding Schedule (Sat 12th & Sun 13th Dec then daily from Sat 19th – Thurs 24th Dec).

12pm - Our family of Meerkats un-decorate their Christmas tree strewn with treats. Location: inside the Walled Garden.

12.15pm - See the Squirrel Monkeys eat treats from their festive tree. Location: inside the Walled Garden

12.30pm - Our new Wolverine (Sharapova) will receive her Christmas presents filled with tasty treats. Location: next to Park train station.

Penguin feeding takes place every day (except Fridays) at 11am and 3pm in the Walled Garden. Lemur feeding talk daily at 12pm in our spectacular Madagascar exhibit

And lastly.... keep an eye out for the Park's two Reindeer; Milk and Cookies, they are both still settling into their new home and are a little shy but you may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of them as their Keeper takes them on one of their regular strolls around the Park.
