	Animal Encounters Voucher Choose from a variety of different animal encounters which will give you the chance to learn more about our Keeper's work; gain a little hands-on experience and help to feed and care for the animals at the Park. Our animal encounters last around half an hour (although this varies depending on the animals) and are suitable for both adults and children (children must be at least six years old and are required to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times). Vouchers can be used for any of our available Animal Encounters (which currently include, feed the penguins, meet the lemurs, meet the giant tortoises, feed the tapirs and capybaras, and farmyard encounters) You will be sent an open dated animal encounter voucher and one adult admission ticket to the Park. Upon receipt of your voucher you will need to contact the Park to book your chosen encounter and date, we reccomend booking early as these are popular experiences and we can only accept one booking for each encounter per day Before ordering please read the full details relating to Animal Encounters which can be found here. Delivery

Delivery is included in the cost of all our products. We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to five working days for delivery of Day Tickets and a minimum of seven days for all other items. Christmas posting dates - place your order online by 2pm on the 18th of December for Christmas delivery (royal mail allowing).
